Refund policy

All sales are subject to the following terms:

Pre-Orders: Pre-order cancellations may be subject to a non-refundable deposit depending on supplier terms. Preorder deposits (NRDs) are non-refundable under all circumstances, including customer cancellations prior to release.

Fully Paid Orders: Orders paid in full may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return terms below.

In-Stock Items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened collectibles, items with damaged packaging, and any non-refundable deposits (NRDs) are not eligible for return or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
